• Connect and manage Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts
• Communicate with customers via Messenger and Instagram Direct
• Manage and analyze advertising campaigns
• Capture and manage leads through integrated forms

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or Page you connect to our app. By using the app, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Use of Meta Platform Data

Our app uses Meta's APIs to access certain data from your Facebook and Instagram accounts. By connecting your account, you grant us permission to access and process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Meta's Platform Terms.

You agree not to misuse or attempt to re-identify aggregated or anonymized data.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensure you have the rights and permissions to connect business assets (Pages, ad accounts, Instagram accounts)

You may not:

• Use our services for spam, harassment, or unauthorized advertising
• Circumvent Meta's messaging policies, including the 24-hour rule
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with our systems

6. Payment and Subscription

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of purchase. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension of your account.
